August 25, 2020 – Strive Consulting announced today that it has been recognized as one of the Nation’s Best and Brightest in Wellness® for the 4th consecutive year.
“Wellness at Strive and among our employees has always been a top priority”, says Lindsey Spokas, MSHR – VP of HR& Operations. “However, this year, I am extremely proud at how our Wellness program has evolved over the past several years. Our Wellness Ambassadors continually expand and improve our program by providing activities, seminars, and information to support our employees in achieving all of their wellness goals.”
The Best and Brightest in Wellness® celebrates companies that are committed to promoting healthy and happy workplaces. This award recognizes Strive’s dedication to workplace engagement and efforts to improve the value of wellness not only within the business, but in the community as well.
“Through the first half of 2020, the Nation’s Best and Brightest in Wellness winners have demonstrated leadership and forward thinking as they pivoted their business and workforce through Covid-19. As the conversation and focus has shifted, our Best and Brightest winning companies have also been a voice for important actions regarding Wellbeing and Race. It is in these unique times, the Best and Brightest in Wellness winners excel and share their knowledge with others” said Jennifer Kluge, President and CEO, Best and Brightest Programs.
The 2020 Spring and Summer National winning companies were evaluated by an assessment created and administered by SynBella, the nation’s leading wellness systems firm. Company entries are examined statistically for quantitative and qualitative data. Each survey was scored on a point system based upon criteria to benchmark and improve wellness program effectiveness. They include outcomes, analysis, tracking, participation & incentives, benefits and programs, leadership, employee input, culture and environment.
This year, the Best and Brightest in Wellness released the results of the spring and summer applicants in August and fall applicants are to be released in November. The spring Nation’s Best and Brightest Program honored 44 winning organizations from across the country. The fall scoring process is still currently open and those winners will be announced in December. The Best and Brightest in Wellness Winners will be honored during dual virtual Illuminate Business Summit week long celebrations, October 26-29, 2020 and March 1- 4, 2021. The Illuminate Business Summit virtual celebrations are filled with education, connection, engagement, and inspiration.
