Strive Consulting Named One of the Nation’s Best and Brightest In Wellness®
August 9, 2021 – Strive Consulting announced today that it has been recognized as one of the Nation’s Best and Brightest in Wellness® for the 4th consecutive year.
“We are extremely proud to be named one of the Nation’s Best and Brightest in Wellness for the 4th year in a row.” says Lindsey Spokas, MSHR – VP of HR& Operations. “With the many challenges our employees faced in the last year, we knew that focusing on our teams’ wellbeing was critical to maintaining employee happiness and productivity and ultimately, retaining top talent. We were able to quickly pivot and redesign our staple Wellness Program offerings to continue providing a well-rounded wellness platform virtually, while also adding new, impactful resources for our team.”
Brian Ganser, CEO of Strive, commended Strive’s HR team through a quick note out to the organization quoting “This is the 4th year in a row we have one the award and is a result of the hard work and dedication from HR and our Wellness committee. Thank you for all that you do and helping all of us at Strive keep our mental and physical wellness front and center (especially over the last 18 months!)”
The Best and Brightest in Wellness® celebrates companies that are committed to promoting healthy and happy workplaces. This award recognizes Strive’s dedication to workplace engagement and efforts to improve the value of wellness not only within the business, but in the community as well.
“The Best and Brightest is a powerful community of elite leaders who share ideas and practices, and have proven they are employers of choice. Best and Brightest winning companies have also been a voice for important action in creating a sustainable culture that works and ensuring the wellbeing of their employees come first,” said Jennifer Kluge, President and CEO, Best and Brightest Programs.
The 2021 Summer National winning companies were evaluated by an assessment created and administered by SynBella, the nation’s leading wellness systems firm. Company entries are examined statistically for quantitative and qualitative data. Each survey was scored on a point system based upon criteria to benchmark and improve wellness program effectiveness. They include outcomes, analysis, tracking, participation & incentives, benefits and programs, leadership, employee input, culture and environment.
