Strive Consulting announced today that Brian Ganser has been appointed as Chief Executive Officer. He will assume day-to-day leadership of the Company and will also join Strive’s Board of Directors. Ganser, a veteran in the technology and consulting sectors, has been with the company since 2013 and has served as its President for the last two years. Ron Rother and Jon Clark, Strive’s co-founders, will continue to serve as advisors to the business on Strive’s Board of Directors and assist with new market development.
“Promoting Brian to CEO has been our plan for quite some time. He has proven to be a phenomenal leader who truly embodies Strive’s values. Jon and I are confident that he is the right person to take Strive to the next level,” said Rother.
Jon Clark added, “With Brian as CEO, Strive will be in an even stronger position to achieve our growth goals, expand our charitable activities, and continue our efforts to become the most impactful place our employees have ever worked.”
Ganser has over twenty years of experience, including several executive level roles at high-growth consulting firms. During this time, Ganser has played an integral part in helping these companies to rapidly scale, while evolving their service offerings to provide more innovative and impactful solutions to their clients. Ganser has also been intimately involved in creating high-performing teams by fostering a culture of empowerment, engagement, and collaboration.

Ganser, a native of the Chicago area, is a graduate of Millikin University and earned a Master of Business Administration degree with an emphasis in entrepreneurship from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business.
