Day to Day:

As an Account Executive at Strive, you will play a critical role responsible for building and growing relationships with key decision makers throughout all levels of our client’s business. You will leverage your network to identify opportunities to position Strive’s technology consultants and professional services offerings. You will work autonomously to drive sales engagement across multiple clients and deliver outstanding service. Day to day you will:

  • Serve as a partner to customers to optimize their business growth and success
  • Manage multiple complex sales opportunities through the entire sales cycle
  • Develop sales plans that will organize efforts around the business development cycle including prospecting, proposal creation, presenting to potential clients and relationship development; all to acquire new business.
  • Understand client needs, then work collaboratively with internal teams on client pursuits
  • Create new client partnerships and cultivate existing accounts with a focus on client satisfaction
  • Acquire, prioritize and close new business.


Preferred Experience

  • Experience in business development / sales of consulting services or staffing, ideally within the information technology space
  • Collaborative mentality, prioritizing the needs of the customer first
  • Results driven & competitive nature
  • Superb writing, communication, and listening skills
  • Outstanding time management skills
  • High level of empathy, high EQ
  • Proven ability to make strong connections and overcome rejection to achieve results
