The Client is a leading provider for personal insurance, including home, life, automobile, and other property/casualty insurance products. The Client serves both US and Canadian customers with $36B in revenue annually.

The Client had pockets of teams trying to shift to a more iterative, agile, and product centric culture but lacked standards that aligned with the current waterfall software delivery gating process.  The Client was looking for a partner to help establish those new standards that would meet regulatory and compliance requirements yet allow teams to innovate new ideas more quickly and get new products out to the marketplace.
