Strive Consulting CEO, Ron Rother, has been recognized as a Top CEO in 2018 by Glassdoor Employees’ Choice Award.
Rother ranked #5 on the Top CEO list for the U.S. Small & Medium companies category.
Among chief executives recognized by employees in the U.S., Rother received an impressive 99% approval rating based on the anonymous and voluntary reviews Strive Consulting employees shared on Glassdoor throughout the year.

Glassdoor applies a proprietary algorithm to the Top CEO award that takes several factors into account, such as CEO job performance and senior management ratings. When employees submit reviews about their company on Glassdoor, they are asked to rate various factors about their employment experience. As part of these ratings, employees are also asked to rate whether they approve, disapprove or feel neutral about the job their CEO is doing.
